Doctrine at LatinoWare 2008

It's a great pleasure that I blog here to announce the participation of Doctrine Project at LatinoWare 2008.
LatinoWare is one of the biggest events in Latin America, expecting more than 5 thousand people in Itaipu Complex, Foz do Iguaçu - PR/Brazil, between October 30th and November 1st.
This is an exciting opportunity for the project to be spread not only in Brazil, but also in nearby countries.
Doctrine will be represented by Guilherme Blanco with not only one, but two presentations,
covering the basics and also how to migrate existent applications to Doctrine.
I hope you enjoy your vacation and come to Brazil to watch our talks or bother your bosses to come here.
The event will have the participation of known personalities, like John "Maddog" Hall (Open Source International founder), Fernanda Weiden (Switzerland Google Server Admin), Kristian Kielhofner (Asterisk and AstLinux), Sulamita Garcia (Intel Latin America Strategy Manager), Manuel Lemos (PHPClasses.org), Timothy Ney (GNOME) between many others.
It'll also host LPI exams, II Algorithms Olympics and II Robotic Olympics.
If this is not enough, the event will be hosted in Itaipu Hydroeletric Dam Complex (largest operational hydroelectric power plant in the world), and will provide interesting tours to Iguaçu Falls by helicopter.
What are you waiting for? Confirm your participation here!

Foz do Iguaçu - Posted by Colnector about 2 months ago.
Both Brazilian and Argentinian sides of the amazing Iguaçu waterfalls are spectacular! While in Foz do Iguaçu, don't miss Parque Das Aves. The guided tours in Itaipu dam are quite nice as well. Oh, yeah, follow the Doctrine :p
